Our cleaners are fully vetted and go through rigorous training before they ever come to your premises. Also, each cleaner is checked regularly by one of our managers to ensure that the standard of cleaning always remains high. Our cleaners do work hard, but we reward them fairly and when they do take time off because they are sick or just want a holiday then we will happily arrange for a replacement cleaner for you.
While looking for the right cleaning company, you may come across other agencies who offer you a low price by paying the cleaner and the agency separately. This means that the cleaner is self-employed and misses out on some important benefits such as sick leave, maternity leave, paid holiday, and NI contributions. Also, it means that if something goes wrong or something goes missing from your house the agency will not be responsible and will often refer you to take up your claim with your cleaner. We feel that this is not good business practice and we employee all of our cleaners so that you will have the best possible service and peace of mind.
