Move Out Services

Our Move Out Clean includes the following:

Kitchen

  • clean and polish all cupboards and drawers both inside and outside, remove stains, marks
  • clean the fridge and freezer inside and out – the freezer must be switched off one day before the cleaning session and completely defrosted
  • clean the oven inside and outside, clean the grills
  • clean the microwave inside and outside, remove stains and marks where possible
  • clean and wash all tops and surfaces, polish where necessary
  • clean the extractor over the cooker
  • clean and wash the sink, remove lime scale and polish
  • clean and wipe the door, remove marks and finger prints
  • dust lamp shade and light switches
  • vacuum and mop the floor

Bathroom

  • clean and disinfect toilet seat inside and outside, toilet bowl inside and outside, polish where necessary
  • clean and wash the bathtub (shower cabin), polishing the taps
  • clean and wash the tiles and between the tiles, remove lime scale
  • polish glasses and mirrors
  • clean and wash all tops and surfaces, polish where necessary
  • clean the cabinets inside and outside (if there are any)
  • clean and wash the sink, polish the taps
  • vacuum and mop the floor
  • clean and dust the fan (if possible)
  • clean and wipe the door, remove marks and finger prints

Bedrooms

  • clean and wipe wardrobes and drawers inside and outside
  • dust and polish all tops and surfaces
  • wipe picture frames and lamp shades
  • clean and wipe skirting boards
  • clean and wipe light switches, remove finger prints and dirt
  • vacuum and mop the floor

Dining room

  • clean and wipe all doors and door frames
  • clean all furniture inside and outside
  • vacuum all sofas, cushions, as well as underneath them
  • any furniture (if possible), vacuum underneath and behind
  • clean and wipe skirting boards
  • clean and wipe banisters and radiators
  • dust picture frames and lamp shapes
  • clean and wipe light switches, remove finger prints and dirt

Hallway and staircase

  • clean and wipe all doors and door frames
  • clean and wipe skirting boards
  • clean and wipe banisters and radiators
  • dust picture frames and lamp shades
  • and wipe light switches, remove finger prints and dirt

All rooms

  • clean and wipe skirting boards
  • dust picture frames
  • clean and wash all doors and door frames, clean and polish the handles of the doors
  • dust lamp shades
  • clean and wipe light switches, remove finger prints and dirt
  • dust and wipe window blinds (extra charges may apply)
  • clean and polish picture rails and banisters
  • clean around fireplace and radiators
  • polish mirrors and glasses
  • we clean the windows only on the inside (if you wish your windows to be cleaned on the outside, extra charge will apply), clean the window frames and window stills

*Please note that the above do not include washing or cleaning painted walls and exterior of the property such as patios, gardens, balconies and garages; please let us know if you require any of those cleanings.

The price includes all cleaning materials and tools – a cheaper option is available if you provide all necessary cleaning products and tools.

  • The charges for Move Out Cleaning Services are based on the size of the house; this is not hourly-based.
  • The price includes cleaning products and tools; these are supplied by AG Cleaning Services (UK) Ltd.
  • The quote is based on the size of the flat and we accept the booking without viewing the place. Thus, if the state of the flat demands extra attention and longer hours from the cleaners, AG Cleaning Services (UK) Ltd reserves the right to charge the client for any additional costs.
  • We accept payments made by card or bank transfer. This has to be done at least 24 hours before the cleaning starts. Should you use bank transfer, please make sure the payment reaches our account at least 24 hours before the cleaning.
  • We do not accept payments by cash or cheque.
  • The client has to make sure the flat is easily accessible and that the cleaners can enter it without any problems. If the cleaners cannot get into the flat, the cleaning will be cancelled; no refunds will be offered.
  • The property must be vacated the freezer needs to be defrosted and all cupboards emptied. Should there be any furniture or client’s belongings, they will not be moved; the cleaning will be performed only around these.
  • The price does not include rubbish collection; it is the client’s responsibility to organise this with the council.
  • We are taking full responsibility for the cleaning and in case of any complain we will send cleaners back at your place to finish the job. Please note, however that we need to be contacted within 24 hours after the clean if anything needs to be re-done.
  • We advise all our clients that we might not be able to remove rust, resistance limescale, paint, mould, ingrained dirt, or any other stains using industry standards.
  • Please note that cleaning quote does not includes cleaning of walls, ceilings, curtains, balconies, patios, gardens, exterior windows, shampooing carpets, washing up or laundry.

* we do not provide cover for any damage. Please make your own insurance arrangements.
